Welcome to #repcityWhat a fukking work out considering I’m working on fumes . I refeed tomorrow omg can’t wait I’m getting a big ass steak and veggies .
I crushed my back and shoulders for sure . The rest of the body was cool but I crushed those .
Did three set max per exercises and was just dipping in and out . Tons of super sets omg.
All within a hour and a half.
My focus wasn’t on heavy weight I was 65% of my max higher reps so I could squeeze and do the exercises right.

Refeed just means when you eat after fast .
I eat whatever I want just no carbs or sugar .
So as much protein as it takes me to get full and I throw in veggies . I’m no longer as hungry as I use to be when refeeding . When I first started I was pigging out .
20 oz steak , wings and two sides of veggies .
Now just 12 oz steak and one side of veggies I’m good .
Today doe I’m getting a 22oz rib eye and asparagus.
I do rolling 72’s and 48’s.So what’s your fasting protocol?
GotchaI do rolling 72’s and 48’s.
Meaning fast for three or two days refeed within a hour and get right back to fasting .
Weight just drops off breh.
The first two weeks were hard !!!
I vape and all the carb and Sugar I use to eat .
So my body had me feeling crazy but after shyt a breeze .
I’ve even done a five day fast but I fukked up that super bowl weekend .
The other day I ate some hot cheese puffs and went to gym a few hours later......Big Mistake
I got on the treadmill and my chest was burning like crazy.
