2) To answer the question, no one
needs protein powder. If folks don't want to use it, or can't (didn't read anything that led up to this question), then it what it is.
No different than folks fasting, doing OMAD, not squatting, benching, deadlifting, or anything else folks do or don't do.
If anything, the more folks leaving (easy) gains on the table, the better.
