@chuckifubuck Im pretty brand loyal to Pre-Jym. It’s a bigger scoop and takes more water which works for me because it also helps hydrate in the AM. Pre has become like my morning coffee so I don’t trip on cost but it’s rough math 1.66 per serving. If you are taking it later in the day then it might be too much water. It prolly would be. My shyt is like $.89-$1.67 a scoop, depending on the pree and where/when I got it (on sale vs. not, in-store vs Amazon/BB.com, etc).
As for a go-to, it's really gonna depend. For competitions I like OG Mr. Hyde, but I wouldn't take that short of a 1RM attempt day. It's gonna depend on how much energy I have, what I'm doing in the gym, and how much energy I need to complete the WoD. Outside of that, even though it is overpriced, Beyond Raw LIT is prolly my current favorite since they discontinued the OG Dr. Jekyll.
I was partial to Total War but the doctor said it's low-key killing me. I've also had varying success with different C4 strains even though it's pretty weak (Jekyll was weak so I usually added more caffeine to it).
By Strength, of the ones I've taken multiple times and can remember (everything above the line is weak af status):

Without it, I was gassed out by 45mins but today with creatine, I felt like I could work out all day without getting tired. Did an hour full body workout, folded by an hour cardio on the treadmill. I know I fought the losing battle against squats in here many years ago. Leg press + extensions/curls + RDL’s + lunges = fukk a squat (I still do them occasionally tho)
