Yeah dropped about 160 over the past 2 years. It's weird cause I don't wanna stop, but at the same time, I know I can't keep that same pace, so it's like I'm stuck in this weird ass balancing act lol

I was tired man and no I’m not taking a pre work out at night I’ve been there before smh .
Yeah I just did the calculator and it says I should be at 2100 a day on sedentary, so I should knock it down to around 1500.
The macro portion is definitely gonna be the harder part for me since I gotta up the protein by 30-40 grams and lower my carbs by about 40-50 grams a day.
1500 is woman levels start at 1800 and see how that goes for two weeks.
Yeah, recomp is the next thing I need to research and figure out how to start
Yeah hitting the gym and doing weight lifting and resistance work was the next thing that I planned on doing. You're going to have to learn how to dial in your macros (better) and then add intense resistance training in.
If you pull it off the results are phenomenal.
If you don't you'll end up spinning your wheels and/or end up bulking or cutting but not getting sufficiently leaner. Very little margin for error when it comes to recomps, from my experience at least.
Love you too

You will never be one of us.![]()
I had a similar path. Over the course of a a few years I worked down from 260-280ish to 170 and then start lifting. Happy to share some of the peaks and valleys I’ve been through with nutrition and training as you continue moving forward.Yeah hitting the gym and doing weight lifting and resistance work was the next thing that I planned on doing.

Good job breh
Damn, where are you? Even scary ass California reopened gyms a couple months ago.Gyms around here been closed since December 20th, open back up May 3rd.
Longest I have been out of the gym and I really haven't lifted at home either. I am currently down 8-10 pounds of muscle but surprisingly still kept a good shape.
Can't wait to get underneath a bar again![]()
