Oh god just tried whey protein power again and had one of the worst vomiting spells in my life

Mouth and tongue is are all swollen and shyt, luckily I took lactase so the bubble guts weren’t that bad

This shyt isn’t for me, I can’t drink protein powder. Allergic as fukk.

Went heavy POWDA before the gym. Got generally warmed up and had a little black coffee. Felt like my heart was going to explode :merchant:

Weight was moving well enough. Went 5 pounds over the previous max and I’m feeling good.

Go up 25 pounds over the previous. Got off the ground well enough but couldn’t lock it :why:

Sat down for a few. Didn’t want to lower it, figured I would give it one more ride.

Setup, got tight, locked it out :banderas:

It’s been a ride for sure. I started really late (35) so the gains younger overweight brehs could make if they just decide to do it :whoo:
I wish I continued through and after HS. I started going to the Gym like 6 years ago... I didn’t start with a real lifting routine until maybe 3 years ago... didn’t consistently lift with a routine until like 2 years ago... really refined my diet in March lol
