I wish I continued through and after HS. I started going to the Gym like 6 years ago... I didn’t start with a real lifting routine until maybe 3 years ago... didn’t consistently lift with a routine until like 2 years ago... really refined my diet in March lolIt’s been a ride for sure. I started really late (35) so the gains younger overweight brehs could make if they just decide to do it![]()
