aight - 3 days of madabolic, 2 days full body, one day of unilateral leg work on my left side only - sounds weird but the strength differential between my two legs is ridiculous, makes no sense to train the right
starts storming soon as i'm supposed to go to the gym...i hate walking in the rain, and at 15 mins away, that's getting into the too long to be walking in a downpour. had i known this, i would've used the building gym earlier, gonna be too busy now
Hopefully Ole doesn’t run you into the ground when you are fitReally liking where I am with this cut. My lifts have stalled, but my frame is looking more defined. Cardio endurance is also getting much better.
Even better is my body has adjusted well to eating below maintenance now that I’ve really dialed in on the diet.
Good progress so far. Even better is the boot is slowly but surely compressing the swelling out of my ankle. Y’all really don’t know how happy I am right now.
I mean it is as simple as CICO but also it’s not. You know this but it’s not linear. A lot of people would give up after an unwarranted increase. I know you won’t but it’s more about people wanting the quick fix. After that first 8-10 water dump I expect things to always slow down.yall act like it's as simple as CICO, and it likely is, but the scale be on some fukk shyt and that's where it complicates things for people. 3 weeks ago i was steadily going down, had dropped 9 lbs., then last week it shot up 5lbs - there's absolutely nothing i could've done to gain a real 5 - and has only gone down 1lb since thenthis is why i weigh myself daily, i need to see if there's a trend vs weighing every couple weeks when weight can jump up or down.
i am so annoyed tho...like WTF, i was on my way to my 15 and literally got stalled outit's always a battle between starve or eat enough to not pass out during exercise, body seems to hate to do both
i don't know, after 15 yrs in this game, i legit feel like my body doesn't know how to lose weight and workout. i either gotta just workout (that means weights and/or cardio) 2-3 times a week and starve or just focus on working out and letting my weight just do whatever the fukk it wants. why can't this bytch ever cooperate!I mean it is as simple as CICO but also it’s not. Better yet people just make drastic change that gets immediate results and act like there body won’t figure it out and adapt.
That’s why the responses in TLR kill me.
“How do I lose weight?”
“Lift 4 to times a week. Do HIIT 4 times a week and eat once a day!”

Is it a scale weight or body comp issue?i don't know, after 15 yrs in this game, i legit feel like my body doesn't know how to lose weight and workout. i either gotta just workout (that means weights and/or cardio) 2-3 times a week and starve or just focus on working out and letting my weight just do whatever the fukk it wants. why can't this bytch ever cooperate!
nah, carbs not as high as "the daily recommendation" but because i lift, i try to get a couple of servings of starchy carbs (potatoes, torille, cereal, bread, etc) and 1-2 servings of fruitLow carb?
both need to happen, lost lean mass over the last 1.5yrs and gained. so scale weight should be moving, would be one thing if i was 10-15 within goal, but i need to drop 20-30. could just stop strength training and do LISS + diet, but since I already lost lean mass, not trying to beIs it a scale weight or body comp issue?
