nah, carbs not as high as "the daily recommendation" but because i lift, i try to get a couple of servings of starchy carbs (potatoes, torille, cereal, bread, etc) and 1-2 servings of fruit
both need to happen, lost lean mass over the last 1.5yrs and gained. so scale weight should be moving, would be one thing if i was 10-15 within goal, but i need to drop 20-30. could just stop strength training and do LISS + diet, but since I already lost lean mass, not trying to be. could possibly be muscle being put back on, but i'm not feeling smaller

Monthly hormonal fluctuation may be fukkin with you.
But ya if you're truly stalling at 20-30lbs overweight something is way off in your approach.

i don't get the point of olympic lifts, all that jerking seems stupid AF. cleans, snatches, jerks...what's the point of lifting like this for the average person? does this make me stronger? my muscles bigger?

Y’all really gotta stop with suggesting fasting for people who clearly like to train with certain level of energy and maintain mass.
Fasting is limiting cals, she’s already doing that.

Only time I even have issues is actually on my refeed days I feel sluggish after I eat .

My fasted work outs are usually amazing .
I go three days no food and I’m Gucci .
The day I refeed if I try to sneak in carbs I pay for it .
When I keep it protein and veggies I’m good .
