Again terrible examples. The first lady admittedly had a history of training and put on 20 pounds during the holidays. The second guys lost 15 (pounds in two weeks which damn near anyone can do just cutting carbs and sticking with with.
But guess what they did. They cut cals, shocking.
Further if this was all posted initially we wouldn’t be having this conversation which is the original point the Gym should be better than throwing up “just fast”. Glad I pull a discussion out of it
