you crossfit people are annoying - not you all who post in here, just in general - like i did 2 months of crossfit and bounced, those workouts never seemed to have rhyme or reason and make it pretty impossible to train on your own since you have no clue what muscles will be worked ahead of arriving.

then we get people who post workouts like this in the fitness slack channel at work and i'm like do yall just make up random exercises to sound badass? wtf is a heavy bag burpee deadlift :what:

15 min, shooting for 3-4 rounds:
* 60 double-unders
* 30 wall balls @ 20 lb
* 10 heavy bag burpee deadlifts

Was never a fan of greek yogurt until I started mixing in honey.

If you're lifting heavy day in and day out fasting isn't the way because your lifts will suffer. I'm sure there are some but I don't know any PLers that fast regularly since being in a deficit will actually make you weaker, not stronger. :ld:

If you're tryna lose weight fasting could work for you, but having discipline and being on a normal calorie deficit could prolly accomplish the same thing with less hassle. :yeshrug:

The only other benefit from fasting I've heard from y'all is improved focus, which may be true but is IMO rendered a moot point by the #Powda®. :ohlawd:


If you're focus isn't skrenf or hypertrophy then I could see why some folks might do it, especially if you're heavy. :ehh:
Oh for sure I can’t do both but that’s not my goal . It’s to get lean so it works for me .

Somedays my lifts suffer but not by much .

I only have two heavy days on my work out plan .

I’ve gotten stronger too :yeshrug:.
