OAN, I gave 3 pounds of frozen chicken fajita meat that had been sitting in my deep freezer to a homeless shelter yesterday, and 2 bags of frozen pulled pork (which I don't eat).....instead of throwing it away. That's the truth

Yep playing basketball is the one activity that instantly drains me I can go run a couple miles but 1 game have me feeling it.There’s fitness and match fitness. Soccer kicked my ass crazy yesterday. Played about 90 mins but even 30 mins in I was gassed.
Those quick lateral movements and covering sprints on counter attacks will test just how good your cardio is.

Ankle held up pretty but there’s still some “softness” when I lock in my ankle to shoot. I think its just because I haven’t played in a while.
