Really glad I added RDLs into my leg day. Hits the hammys quite well. Squats I feel more in my glutes and quads.

Also, DLing twice a week has made a difference of late. My posture and overall frame just feels much tighter.

First trial boxing class next week, #Football/SoccerBoyz might join #BoxingBoyz soon :lupe:

I wish I would’ve found boxing/kickboxing in my 20’s. I would’ve tried to get a few low level fights in. Now it’s purely to mix up the fitness routine

Yea, everyone I’ve talked to swears by it. So far I’ve only worked the heavy bag on an infrequent basis. I’m hoping the class(es) will give me the fundamentals and structured training.
