Well I only asked cause I was squatting with a lighter bar (35lb was what was at the rack) and I could tell the weight was distributed differently. Like less on my back and core.
Just wondering if anybody else ever did it purposely.

Down 2lbs from last week

got 10.5 miles in on the bike today, fukked around and got lost on the Potomac side of the monuments lol. Need to raise my bike seat tho, shyt was killing my knees. It’s a cool height for running a quick errand but needs to be higher for distance and climbs

If they mean that one where you just pump your legs up and down, agree. But the endless stair mill, that’s GOAT cardio.

Stair master is used for both so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt they’re talking about the stupid 90’s machine
