How many calories are you eating(estimated) when you playing soccer
Generally I try to keep the calories to about 1900-2000 M-F.
On days I play soccer, usually Saturdays, I’ll bump it up to ~2200/2300 or so just because of the intensity. Lately, I’ve actually been coming in at around 1600-1700 just because of the timing of when I play. Play from from 10am-12pm so I’ll usually have a banana or two before the game.
By the time I get back home and change it’s already past 1. I’ll do a slightly bigger late lunch/early dinner and be good for the rest of the day granted I don’t have a social function.
Summer has deff been a bit more challenging just because of the summer cookouts and social events, but even still I’m making good progress.
