Did a punishing 8 mile ride then a good circuit on back (switched to leg day yesterday instead of back day).

Workout was a little too punishing though. Came home, had a plum and some water but couldn’t keep it down

I kept checking my pulse, whivh stayed around 100bpm but felt like my blood pressure was through the roof
