I’m close to intermediate only after a few months back in the gym I don’t like y’all so imma bounce. Need to fly to Fiji and do some of this rugby shyt...figure out what they eat. I'm convinced Americans would all look like 1st rd draftpicks if we didn't have all the crap in our food that we do (and no access to all our favorite bad shyt).

It's amazing how quick your body rewards you with results when you push yourself past your limits.

Doing this Super Saiyan challenge forces me to do more each time - much more than I would comfortably do on my own, just left to my own devices.

When I consistently push myself to pay taxes and go beyond my limits, within that next week I start seeing the fat melt away and the muscles shaping up.

That's resourceful as hell. It's basically a home workout for me. I use my farm tire, heavy bag, weight vest, etc for the same. It's when you tailor your workout for your sport.i totally agree on the food aspect though.
