Today was cardio/core
Ran a mile then did half a mile parachute intervals then 5 min core circuit and then wrestling movement drills
Tmw is conditioning and combat sambo/Muay Thai training

My calorie intake was less than 1000 for the day and I burned close to 900
I'm gone burn beacoup more tmw at work at the nursing home, we're always on our feet
