If you want to take nSuns to the next level and are interested in building your 1RM's up, add 3 singles in after the 1+ set before you start the down sets.


They don't need to be max attempts and probably shouldn't be at your level; try maybe doing 1 @ TM, 1 @ TM +5%, and the last @ TM +10% kind of like Joker Set singles. :whoa:


Whats TM stand for? I might have to start throwing some of these in there

Went to a Brazilian BBQ near the Boston Seafront with my lady celebrating our anniversary

6 types of steak cuts rare, lamb, and chicken...they kept feeding us meat...plus shots off the cart..monday its veggies for the week and harder workouts

If you're not doing 5/3/1 or nSuns LP, or another program that uses TMs, then using TMs to program singles is pointless.

Since you asked, I'm assuming you're not doing such a program. Don't bother with the calculations then, just do three singles after your heaviest working set on each bench/squat/dead/ohp day.

Side note I been doing a vegan diet the last few weeks

This past week the only one where I have been tired

I been taking B12 as I read that helps maintain energy. I slacked this week so I’m thinking that’s why

Currently at 218lb. Last year March was at 245lb…the lowest I’ve been since then is 210lb

Trying to hit 225-230lb

Currently at 4100 cals a day . Hard af to increase that :mjcry:
