Five minutes later, they’re all dressed up like they’re about to attend a formal event.
I go to a small gym so it’s easy to spot these little things.

For WhyI’ve been able to control my appetite after getting use to intermittent fasting. I can go a few days without eating and it won’t phase me. As long as I have water.

Tried it out of curiosity. I wanted to detox the hell out of my body one day. Started with intermittent then tried a 72 hour fast with just water 2 weeks later.
My mood elevated and I was focused like a muthafukka. Keep in mind I didn’t train during this period. I did this during my 1 week rest period after 10 weeks of hardcore training.

I goofed around with it but it usually seems to run counter to what people claim is there goal. If you are training hard I don’t see the reasoning.That's my expression when y'all be talking all this detox and clarity and energy nonsense, like calories aren't required for sustaining life.![]()
