My bad for misunderstanding you. I was eating food loaded with carbs. I was ordering Mexican dishes, barbeque meals with baked beans and potatoes salad, Cuban dishes, etc. Uber Eats made a load of money off me during the height of the pandemic

All of those aren't even working the same plane of motion.

I figured that wasn't the whole WoD.


And my point still stands: Lat Pulldowns and T-Bar Rows aren't redundant.

If your PPL split has less than 20 working sets you're workout really isn't shyt.

If it has less than 40 .

Low volume and PPL have no business being mixed (since frequency is already fairly low).
