Been working out for some time now.

I'm picky about the T-shirts I wear. Some shirts fit much differently than others. Some may "run big" and don't really accentuate your build....even though they are the exact same size.

Y'all know what I am talking about.

Yeah once you find a brand you like you gotta double down.

I know they was mad when I was taking two min breaks inbetween sets of 1 :lolbron:

I take up to 7 minutes between singles and up to 10 minutes between exercises. fukk somebody gonna be aggy for when I have more weight on the bench than they deadlift. :mjlol:

Brehs, I need help slimming my waist down.

I've been doing calis for the past 2 months, muscles have gotten bigger, I feel a LOT better being active, and I can even SEE my abs now through the waist fat. But my waist ain't shrinking like I need it to.

Any suggestions that I can try?
