Eco Bike is for HIIT reallyWhat would yall recommend for a breh with a stiff lower back?
Concept 2 Rower(Rower) or Rouge Echo bike(Air Bike)?
I tend to do longer steady workouts but I don't get attached to shyt. If something is more effective I'll do it that goes for most things in life not just exercise.
The rower is different than anything I've done so it seems more exciting but watching the movement I already feel my back aching. The air bikes just look like intense bike workouts and even though there is an aspect of full-body in them it doesn't look too strenuous on the back.
Early Fukkery:

- 15-20 minutes of mobility to lift beginner level weights

Do you have an easy way to do this (besides MFP)? Always wanted to try but it always seemed like a hassle.![]()

It's not mandatory but it's difference between having a gut and flat abs.
I just tracked my calories, and what I typically eat in a week. I realized I was eating way more than I thought.
Now I just look at the calories.
I create my own meal plan for the day, instead of just eating recklessly.
