So I did basically a double & think I fukked up:russ:

Went to a 12a workout then another around 10:45a. I been good all day but In the last 1hr or so my back has tightened up. Haven’t had spasms in years :lupe:

I have random muscle spasms all the time. :russ:


A PA once told me it was rhabdo (:mjlol:) from working out, like I'm not sitting down for minutes in between every set.

More than likely your electrolytes are off and you need to stretch more. :yeshrug:

Butch, how long you spend in the gym? How much does lifting revolve around ya personal life? Do you have any actual hobbies besides plate watching, occasionally looking at man ass, and moderately lifting in between allat?

I got off work Saturday night, hella hoes on Hollywood Blvd and I raced past each and every one of them bytches instead of getting at em like I normally do cuz that serum got me wanting to prioritize the gym life, bytch caught me hulking out and staring at myself hard asf in the mirror too like Schwarzenegger in ‘77

Update. This PR attempt was post Squat PR so came in fatigued. This past Saturday went in refreshed post ole lady’s cooking :shaq: + belt and liquid chalk… pulled that bytch 4x :whoo:

I only spend about 3 hours a pop six times a week on average in the gym. :ld:


I don’t call the things I do "hobbies" but those things, besides working a full-time job (something you should look into :stopitslime:), including volunteering and doing shyt in supplementary to that job, going out to visit the peoples, washing my cars (both of which were made this decade :umad:), watching sports (live/on TV), playing video games, going to the movies. (I spent a fair amount of time "training" weaklings like yourself before covid.) I also like doing weird things like bowling, reading, etc.


The main benefit of being an old head is that I'm confident enough in who I am and what I do that lil kids like you can't affect that; whatever you say on the matter won't change shyt.

If anything you're worse than I am, since instead of getting in the gym and being about it you spend time plate-watching plate-watchers.

I'd rather spend about 18 hours a week on average (that's 10% of my time) in the gym and have shyt to show for it than to be a non-natty broke boy whose life revolves around the coli.
