That's the point.

Sorry, I had to ask. Most of the anti-#Powda folks don't really move weight like that IME.


(If you're a male and not at least in the 1000 pound club then you don't lift and I have wanna hear your opinions on it.)


I've had dudes in the gym tell me which supps work and which ones don't while proceeding to lift lighter weights than some of the stronger females a ways over.

Had to pull myself out of the gym

hamstrings were at their limit and I could feel all parts of the fibers
Failed a back squat PR attempt twice just to drop back down to warm up weights and hit sets of 6 at 10lb increments til I got to 80percent
Shrugged 4 plates for absolutely no reason
Started rowing til I realized I was moving weight like I was preparing for a PR attempt

I log progress in Evernotes. Been doing it the last 6 or so years. I use micro plates unless I'm traveling so every workout I increase weight until I reset/change programs.

Case in point. You fukked around daily squatting (while not knowing what you're doing) a while back and prolly set your squat progress back. Now today you're going for a PR even though by all accounts you've prolly gotten weaker?

I just got home and my body don’t even feel severely fatigued but by all accounts I should be pretty much done. All I got is a slight headache which may be from clenching my teeth.


Last time I went through this phase(6 years ago) I pretty much did GVT til I burnt off all that excess energy and stopped trying to up my numbers. This time imma drop the weight to 70percent of my maxes til I get my head on straight
