Ended up stopping halfway through because of whole body tingles (they said I was calcium deficient) but they were able to fill an entire vial (possibly two depending on my platelet count) so all was not lost.

Stop eating at 9pm, start eating 12 or 1pm.
Protein shake at night, helps cut down on all the snacking I used to do.
Most of it mental but the protein shakes definitely help curve any cravings. It’s helped me keep a strict diet.Ah, gotcha.
