Yea I have a Renpho scale that I use and honestly they are pretty accurateI can’t see the images but I’m guessing it’s a home scale that also claims to track BF?
Not saying you are capping but I don’t think losing 3% BF in 65 hours is actually humanely possible.
had a dexa scan done not too long ago and the results were pretty similar

it’s obviously not as in depth but still a great tool to measure progress (which is mostly accurate)
not to mention it corresponds with the physical changes that I see in my body within that timeframe
