A liquid solution would require more storage space and have a shorter shelf life than caff pills or powder. Caffeine pills and powder can already be mixed with any beverage and are a fraction of the price.

And Do you shower at the gym? I’ve thought about working out before work, but then I might have to go bed on time / early.

My office has a gym with a locker room and showers. I just bike to work after the gym then shower and change there. Amazing set up.

I was the same at my old job. Was working 7-3 or 8-4 usually.

I would wake up at 2, get all my shyt ready, my #Powda and #Powder in me, and start my first warm-up set no later than 3:15.

A three hour total lifting session plus 15 minutes max for cardio would give me 30 minutes to get showered, changed, and head over to work (7 min drive).

I’m not a morning person. I just want to get my training in with no risk of something later in the day stopping that.

This is also why I switched/am switching to morning workouts. You knock it out of the way first thing in the morning and know you have that settled before the work day starts.
