Taking it 6+ times a week can't be good for my circulatory system, and then when it's time to step on the platform a scoop of Hyde with additives (aka Professor Hyde™) is more than enough. :smugfavre:

Not really. But from a health perspective, the lowest effective #Powda dosage would always be best.

Honestly that’s where I’m at these days. Been doing “cardio” on the front end, using accessories to warm up and 1-3 core movements. That’s why my logs are so sparse. Gotta clean the diet up and enjoy summer.

If only twice the caffeine yielded twice the gains. (It also helps that I never liked coffee, tea, or really even sodas -- especially the dark ones. :mjpls:)

Dudes was on Sniff-Sniff and Bang IVs and barely moving twice their BW. When I stepped up, my shyt couldn't even fit on the bar. The dude loading the bar was mad as fukk he had to take all them big-ass bumpers off and start using hex plates.
