being at a powerlifting gym I knew the day was gonna come eventually where a MAGA hat wearing Cac muthafukka would show up. . Chump shows up to do his workout wearing his bytch ass hat. And you know once they see a brotha in the room they start moving real fidgety. fukk boi always glancing to try and make eye contact on some looking to start shyt. Ran into each other getting clips for bars, boy kept his head down looking awkward as shyt...... Im usually looking mad anti social up in there hoodie up, headphones on lookimg like the grimm reaper... ..... today I was in all black, that dikk head ain't want no smoke.
And I haven't even got to the kicker... bytch ass is Irish through and through, speaks with an Irish accent, was born there.... so he rockin that hat cause he ride for that set...... may have to "accidentally" not clip one of my sides when Im squatting and he passing by....

Step 1: Bush whatever the fukk that thing you are calling a routine.

Step 2: Do some reading: Free Workout Plans & Spreadsheets | LIFT VAULT

Step 2.5: By your tone and desire to eat to 260 i know you too lazy to read, so get yourself a trainer for a month and learn the basics.
