I drove by around 7pm on a Tuesday and there were like 200 cars parked

Im a post my after pic on September 8th for them 3 hating ass coli gym experts. Just to prove you dont need no workout plan to see results.

I never worked out for more than 2 weeks in my life but i just want to prove a point cause nikkas laughed at my lil workout plan i posted. And im not using no protein, creatine, pre workout or none of that shyt yall use. Nor am i going to workout a certain body part everyday.. Just straight hard work.
