I'm getting 315 twice with no spot after

20*225
10*275
So that's encouraging
Did pyramid lift on dumbbell up to 120 lbs
Cable flys
Shoulder press and upright row
Finished with dips
Then went to catch wrestling class and got reps in
All while fasting
I'm cutting out bread and sweets until my birthday next month
I don't think I'll hit 405 by y by I got 335 last Sunday so 350/375 isn't outta the question
