YessirNa breh squeezing the bar helpsI've been using suicide grip for the past 4 years there is a major difference imo.
I have a hex trap bar at the crib just for thatif I didn't have my cambered bar I'd ohp with the trap bar.
@Gully Bull is right ohp is the top 3 exercise of the upper body. I'm taking ohp over bench press everytime. That's where the real strength lies.
