Y'all still thinking y'all can come at the old man just because I'm laid back? Like I haven't built #REPCITY out of mountains and petrified woods? Like me and @Son Goku haven't been doing this?


I haven't even activated my chakra and tapped into full range yet. Plus I'm doing full 2hr workouts and still going train for another 2hrs are we sure this is what y'all want

Oh and @trap101 you aren't autoregulating yet. A linear progression program like SL 5x5 doesn't incorporate autoregulation. It decides every variable for you and only has you change load (at least until you start failing workouts).

Once you have to start manipulating volume, frequency, rep schemes, TUT, weight progression, load, and choosing your conditioning and accessory work all at the same time, then you'll be autoregulating.
