Programming bother programming.

I’ve been over 5 wheels. Just trying to get back and past it.

My program doesn't even program singles and I still hit them hoes.

If you didn't pick up 5 wheels, you were just doing heavy Pendlay rows. :hubie:

I randomly found a kickboxing studio around my way as I was finishing my
Xmas shopping. They have a lot of great reviews.

I think kickboxing is about to be my new thing start of the year :gladbron:

Depends on your expectations actually.

Unless you're going to an actual kickboxing gym (like some Muay Thai shyt), them cardio boxing classes aren't all that from a body recomposition or standpoint.

Would be better off just going to the gym and mixing cardio and resistance training but nobody wants to hear that so :hubie:.

I’m open to good advice :manny:

I love my bootcamp, it’s just too far. I just need something active and fun in the winter. I need group exercise sessions. I would think Kickboxing + a healthy diet would still yield positive results, at least enough to hold me through winter. I always maintain my regular gym membership anyway. I just need something intense.

All I know is the photos of the female clients look good and the few Black women I saw on who are members have tight bodies and still have some thickness. Which is the goal.
I think I should give this place a try.

Kickboxing + spin class. I don’t think I can lose with that combo.

If you got energy to do spin class with "kickboxing" then it is not a Muay Thai class. But that is all good though.....We're not all trying to be savage beasts roaming the jungle or prowling the Serengetti. :blessed: Some are content being the prancing antelope.....:obama:
