I was joking. It’s the worst, do all of that elsewhere and then get in the rack when you are ready to work.
I actually don’t give a shyt what people do and how they necessarily work out. As long as it doesn’t bother / interfere with my lifts and they have enough situational awareness to notice that it’s too crowded for them to be taking a limited resource.

Like someone doing bicep curls in the power rack.
