Max out big dog

I was pretty sick all last week(lost 8lbs) so I expected it to be pretty rough this week. Second leg day this week and I was drenched at 80percent. I’m off Friday through Monday as I’m traveling so Tuesday I should be ready and refreshed

Ive never seen a doctor talk about how different races and ethnicities need to watch for different things.

Had a small confrontation with a Fitness Trainer/Influencer this morning. She's was tryna record her clients. One was doing lat pulls and the other was doing pulley curls. Well... I was on the opposite side doing tricep extensions.

She has her phone out recording them. She's rotating around them to get both of them in her shots. Nutty bytch comes up to me and asks in the nastiest way possible "Can you please move? I'm tryna record my clients and you're in the way."

I simply told her that I was there before they got started and I have three more sets. bytch got mad and told the front desk.

Girl at front was cool tho. She basically let her know that they can't interrupt someone's workout for social media or some shyt like that.

sometimes you gotta check ppl like that... i had an issue like that way way back...the only difference was the trainer and her "client" clearly had another definition of personal training the way they were all over each other...and they were doing it in the boxing area where i was doing drills..i snapped on them after sometime because they were extra with it..gym etiquette is a thing not everyone has

That's the shytty part about gyms and these"trainers" bytch I don't care about your views and likes
I pulled a Karen at crunch trainer tried that same bs and I brought the manager to the area and told him"if he wants to keep his jaw, watch his mouth"
But also it's because I knew the manager from my security days and he seen me in action he pulled Lil buddy to the side quick fast

Well y'all obviously be giving off welcoming wholesome vibes in the gym......having folks actually have the audacity to even utter words to you while you are putting work in.......I'm utterly disgusted.......like the fury, rage, and anger is just for show and in truth y'all cuddling puppies in between sets and rounds..........deplorable........

I could do more and wasn’t tired but I wasn’t going push my luck.

I just went up 50lbs on bench. I’ll do more with a fresh start on Monday.

I’m confident I can hit 3 plates with ease though.
