Freak accident in the gym this morning.
Today was #fukkLegDayBoys. I was doing dumbbell lunges and heard a loud ass grunt. Truthfully it sounded like a meathead grunt so I thought nothing of it and kept it moving. Then they rang the emergency alarm.
One of the regulars broke his ankle doing squats. Homie's ankle was completely turned inward. The barbell actually hit the track so I was able to see how much weight her was lifting and it was insane. I've watched this dude lift before and he seems to be pretty strong but it looks like he may have gotten carried away this morning.
