Honestly you can just check on Amazon, I’ve had a couple different brands and there’s not much difference. As far as legs go I’ve found leg curls/extensions are better if you have somewhere to anchor them to. Then it’s just good mornings, single leg squats and deadlifts with high reps.anyone use resistance bands?
