yeah that jump rope will be your best friend lolGained a lot of weight back. It’s been hard with some of the things going on in my home and work life.
I’m going to start weight training tomorrow morning. Brought a jump rope for cardio and going to change the diet up big time. No more refined grains, beer, sweets or juice. Just water, tea, lean proteins and the occasional piece of multigrain bread and some oatmeal. Lots of leafy greens and veggies and for sugar cravings- I bought navel oranges.
I’m currently in the 230s and I’m only 5’8” last time I checked. I honestly don’t look that bad as I’ve been much heavier at about 320 lbs but I feel horrible. I’ve lost my edge and my sense of confidence/charisma.
Im tired and angsty all the damn time. Currently ~20% body fat. Im an endomorph and I’m pretty stocky so if I can get below 190 I’ll be okay imo. Muscular but I’ve become too fatty. I want to much leaner.
I want to get back in shape asap and restart dating again. I’ll post results when I hit my goal win the late spring time. Wish me luck brehs![]()
U dumb asf tbh, to live this natty life u can’t be “going hard as “duck” for 8 weeks”. U deserve all the muscle fatigue coming your way, chump. If u need me to help u plan shyt out let me know brehTaking this week off. Or at least until Friday to get some additional rest. Been going hard as duck for the past 8 weeks.
Time for a reset.
I've read plenty of literature that suggest every 6-8 weeks you should take a week off.U dumb asf tbh, to live this natty life u can’t be “going hard as “duck” for 8 weeks”. Taking a few days off will actually do more to improve your fitness and training. Typically, I recommend that people take a few days off from exercising every six to eight weeks, assuming you work out at a good intensity and are consistent. This gives both your mind and body a chance to recover and adapt to the previous weeks of training.
Getting upset and acting like a brat cuz I called u out, I’m not calling u out on the rest Nikka I’m calling u out for training stupid, u not enhanced or maybe u are given ur training habits and lack of proper routine. Should you take a break from exercise?
For a lot of reasons, it might be time to take a break from our workout routine. An @OSUWexMed expert explains the implications.wexnermedical.osu.edu
I've been working out for years, and you're just some scrub who showed up a few months ago.
I'd rather take a week off, then be sidelined for months.
