I take off 22ish hours a day and spend my entire workout stretching the limits of my body.Most don't, especially if they're not SOF operators or pro athletes.
What most people think is overtraining is actually the beginning stages of overreaching. Overtraining isn't going hard for a week or two, it's months of sustained overreaching.
Nobody in this thread is overtraining except @Gully Bull.

Deny your self food after training because of a protocolHad a great 6am workout and was craving a bagel, but then I remembered I’m IF and can’t eat until 230PM.
So I’m sure the craving will pass by that time lol
