Any tips for wrist mobility? I have a hard time front squatting with the standard form.

I'd say it adds about 5 or 10 pounds to the lift. Just always great to have something to brace against when doing heavy compounds. I'd say the elbow sleeves helped the most out of everything.Dap & rep
