Just started consistently using the knee sleeves
Outside of that, I don’t use any other lifting equipment besides #POWDA

Does it stay cold? I tend to drink more the colder it is.

Also does it leak? Site says it’s plastic but looks pretty sturdy

I’ve never sipped from that jug at room temperature.

Haven’t refilled since Friday, just drank from it and it’s still ice cool.
