Some methods that might be better:
- benching more often (4-6x a week)
- benching heavier weight for fewer reps
- using a Slingshot
- improving your leg drive
- building a thicker back
- building stronger lats
- incorporating speed bench work (this is prolly more useful for strong folks)
- taking longer rests between sets
But do what the fukk you wanna do like the Hodge twins say.
