First time back squatting in months
I normally work out mostly fatigued but todays session felt turrrrible:what:


I’ve roughly maintained 80-85 percent of my squat PR despite not really feeling any adrenaline. Really solidified how much more I prefer front squats
sounds like you need some #powda

Sets done gotta hit the 360 gym view ending with the hands on hip (no :dame:)


Then just stare into the abyss…

Finally hit the phone for a few moments before I realize I’m on so much pre I can’t read correctly, throw it on floor and hit the next set.


Rinse and repeat
