I'm the strongest I've ever been and this is the longest in my life where I've stayed with it and I'm not letting off. I did put on a lot of weight, most of it is muscle but there is some excess I need to lose, at least about 10-15. Prob ain't shyt to most here, but being able to pull my ass up on a pull up 10 times in a row is something I didn't think I could ever do :pachaha:

Currently taking the last two weeks of the year off. Can't be bothered by new years resolutioners. :hubie:


Will come back well rested.
Got one in yesterday before the January takeover.

I'm on a hybrid schedule, and I don't mind going into the office mainly because the fact that we have a gym in the building and a very clean locker room....so I can avoid those New Year's fatties for a while.
