Weekly fukkery Recap:
  • Load 275 on the bar to 1/4 squat with the safeties by your armpits
  • Let your trainer waste your session doing abs when you are 60 plus years old and 30 pounds overweight
  • Do side bends with a 45 plate at the most rapid pace possible

Strength training is the fukking truth!

Promised myself I’d hit the gym 5x/week until summer.
Already getting slight results after 2 weeks.

It feels good to start in January and not have to rush the process :russ:

Meal planning and I’m doing all kettlebells +cardio for probably the first 4-6 weeks before my first major assessment.

Plus it gets your endorphins up and makes you happy!
