Quest Bars still the best protein bars? I need to find a good one.
Basically any bar that contains at least 18 grams of protein. Brand name is not a factor as they are all pretty much the same.

I get mine from Aldi.....4 pack for $3.99 (If there is one in your area). Most other brands and stores are high af....even Walmart.

Pure Protein used to come 6 in a pack for about $7.99. Recently, they cut it down to 4 in a pack and went UP to $8.99 :why:

Is two scoops of whey a day a lot? Hard getting to 200g of protein on keto and completely clean :francis:
If you are asking questions about the viability of scoops of protein as macro source over the day, you got more pressing issues to worry about than hopping on "fad" diets...... :francis:



I recommend reading the Renaissance Diet 2.0 before doing all this skullduggery. Easy to understand, explains things to a level a person with some understanding of fitness can grasp, and provides simple examples as guidance. Should take a week/week amd a half to read. If this is too daunting.............
