Upper hypertrophy this morning. I tried to keep rest periods between sets at 30-40 seconds. I'm cooked right now.

Went to the gym. Got in 3 miles of running. I'm able to do them at a faster pace than usual. 6 MPH over 5.5 MPH. Yeah, it's slow, but I'm short and heavy now. I need to get into the 7.5 to 8 MPH per mile because I'm looking flabby and sick on the treadmill.
I did shoulders too with barbell military press.
