The same ones that squat and bench press (no auxiliary) on the smith machine. shyt feels un-natural to me....brings me back to the days when I had training wheels on my bicycle. Had them shyts off in a week.![]()

Either way, I can deal with hunger a lot easier than lethargy. Strength/definition is increasing and I'm still losing weight
I'm just one person though and everyone's different. Really, I'm just happy as hell to return to seamless dieting. Them other diets were effective as hell but dat -20% calorie leangains combo is smooth sailin
