Today just wasn’t it. 3/10 leg day.
Just did DLs, Hack Squat and Leg Extensions. It was that bad.
I had a team dinner last night so got home late, slept late and woke up late.
It was raining hard this morning so I had to uber to the gym instead of my usual bike ride. Got in at 6:35am instead of 5:15-5:30 like usual
and it was downhill from there.
My rhythm was just off from the moment I got in. Had to do everything at 75% of my usual volume.
Anyway, something is better than nothing. We move.
