I feel like the most ideal training model is knocking out the fasted cardio in the morning and then just focus on lifting in the evening. Looking forward to the weather warming up so I can get back to this routine.I love getting to bed early and waking up with enough time to hit 20-25 on the tread at home before hitting the gym. Super clutch on leg day because I feel like I get warmed up quicker at the gym. I need that at myage
